Who operates Allometric
Allometric is operated by Gible LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13860398.
Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Gible LTD is the controller of personal data processed for operating Allometric, including account administration, feedback and website usage analytics, except where another party independently determines the purposes and means of its processing.

In short
Allometric is a free prototype. You can use every tool without an account. We don't sell personal data, don't run ads and don't use advertising cookies.
Stored in your browser
Your audit answers and scores, 30-day plan checkboxes, Daily Metrics Email settings and what you enter in the modules (Idea Test, Market Map, Magic Words, Pricing, Fundraising, Team Kit) are saved in your browser's local storage on this device. We also store your analytics choice and, only if you accept usage events, a random anonymous ID. This data is not sent to us unless you sign in (it is then synced to your account), create a share link (see below) or send feedback.
Accounts and sync (only if you sign in)
Sign-in uses a one-time magic link sent to your email address. We store your email address and sign-in records so you can sign in, and a copy of your module data so it's available on your other devices. Your synced data can only be read or changed through your own signed-in account. Purpose: providing the account and sync you asked for. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (our terms).
Share links
When you create a share link, we store your overall and category scores, your company name if you entered one, the creation time and a one-way hash of your IP address (used to limit abuse). Anyone with the link can view the scores and company name. Links don't expire, and you can't delete one yourself yet. To have a share link deleted, email hello@allometric.io with the link. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (providing the feature you asked for), and legitimate interests for abuse prevention.
Usage analytics
Only if you click "Accept" on our notice, we record a few anonymous usage events: audit started, audit completed (score band only), module opened, share link created, demo filled and signed in. Each event stores the event name, the page path, the time, a random anonymous ID and a one-way hash of your IP address (to limit abuse). It does not include your name, email or answers. Lawful basis: consent. You can change your choice at any time via "Analytics preferences" in the footer. Declining stops new events and removes the anonymous ID from your browser.
Our hosting provider (Lovable) also adds its own website traffic measurement and technical scripts to pages it hosts. The app does not control this, and it currently runs regardless of the choice above. Its hosting and network providers may also set technical cookies (for example for load balancing and bot protection).
Feedback
If you send feedback, we store your rating, message, the page you were on, the time, a one-way hash of your IP address (to limit abuse) and, only if you give it, your email address so we can reply. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in improving Allometric and replying to you.
Who helps us run Allometric
We use service providers to host and run Allometric. They process data for us:
- Lovable (website hosting, plus the Lovable Cloud database, authentication and sign-in emails, which run on Supabase).
- Cloudflare (content delivery and security for the hosted site).
- Google Fonts (serves our web fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when pages load).
We don't sell or share personal data for advertising.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where UK or EU law requires it, transfers should be covered by an appropriate safeguard. Contact us for more information.
How long we keep data
We keep account, synced, share-link and feedback data for as long as needed to run the prototype, or until you ask us to delete it. We haven't set fixed retention periods yet. Data deleted from our live systems may remain in our providers' backups for a limited time before it is overwritten.
Your choices and rights
- Export or import everything stored in your browser as a JSON file on the Modules page.
- Signed in? Use "Delete my synced data" on the Modules page to remove your synced module data. Your account (email address) remains until you ask us to delete it.
- Clear your browser's site data to remove everything stored locally.
- To delete your account, feedback or a share link, email hello@allometric.io.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact hello@allometric.io. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, if you are in the EEA, to your local data protection authority.
