Visionary / product: unfilled
Without a product visionary, nobody owns what to build next. A founder must hold this seat.
Numbers / operations: unfilled
Without a numbers person, metrics, cash and systems drift. Hire or partner for it early.
Words / brand: unfilled
No words person? Hire or partner for it, even at co-founder level — language drives growth.
